Roles and Responsibilty:
International Voice Hardware Support & Customer/Tech Service Process
Troubleshooting & Remote Support to International Clients over the phone
Handling technical queries & repair of IT Hardware devices & Networking Solutions (Internet, LAN, WIFI, Router etc.)
Inbound premium opening (No Outbound Scam or Sales)
&Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred

First Round- Online Test

Quantitative -recruitment process

WIPRO technical interview process questions and answers:
This programming interview process mostly covers programming section process in computer department as well as in information department . This was contains mainly a output  of the programs, Also the time is most important in this recruitment process within 35 mins the candidates should finish 25 questions vice versa .
