Wipro Selection Process 2016:

Wipro selection / recruitment process 2016 consists of 3 rounds.

1st Round – Aptitude test

2nd Round – Technical Interview

3rd Round – HR Interview

Wipro Test Pattern 2016:

Wipro’s first round is conducted by AMCAT which is an adaptive test. It has slightly modified the pattern from last year.

  • Quantitative Aptitude-16 Questions – 16 minutes
  • Logical Reasoning-14 Questions – 14 minutes
  • Verbal Reasoning-25 Questions – 25 minutes
  • Technical Interview-14 Questions – 17 minutes
  • Essay Writing- 1 Question – 25 minutes

Note: There is no negative marking.

Since it is an adaptive test, you should be prepared in all the topics to maximize the scores. Any prior test taking experience in the adaptive testing platform will be an added advantage and make you more comfortable while taking the test. In an adaptive test it is always difficult to say what will be the ideal no of correct attempts but with 90 percent accuracy you will be on the safer side to clear the cut offs.

If you clear the 1st Round then there is more than 70% chance of getting the Job offer. Hence practice as many tests possible and improve your Aptitude Skill.
